Hi, I'm Eileen. Baby sleep strategist and mum of two.
Before I started Marmot Baby, I spent 12 years in high-pressure roles in international teams, leading global projects, and navigating the tension between performance and personal life. I know what it’s like to hold it all together at work… with two children under the ages of two and an emotional load no one else sees.
Here’s the thing: I used to believe that babies would just fall asleep when they were tired. Then my firstborn came along, and that idea flew right out the window. I was left hanging by a thread, just trying to survive each day.
That’s when I dived into the science of baby sleep and made it my mission to understand what actually works. I stopped waiting for my baby to “grow into” sleep and started creating a plan. I sought professional support.
The results? My baby finally started sleeping through the night, and I got my life (and my brain) back. Since then, helping other parents achieve the same has become my passion. Because baby sleep is not a private problem we’re supposed to manage alone...and certainly not one we should sacrifice our career, values, or connection over.
